Minimum two years of medical office experience. Proficiency in general office duties and contracted insurance plans. Excellent data entry, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong telephone and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and EMR software. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA policies.
