Merchandise Sales Associates at World of Fun provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with merchandise purchases, recommending products, and operating cash registers. They maintain organized sales areas, restock inventory, and ensure compliance with company policies including cash handling and loss prevention. Overview:

$14/ hour

Merchandise Sales Ambassadors are responsible for providing excellent customer service and generating sales by actively promoting and selling merchandise to guests at World of Fun. Some specific duties of a Merchandise Sales Ambassador may include:

• Greeting guests and assisting them with their merchandise purchases
• Recommending and upselling merchandise to guests
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Operating a cash register and handling c ard transactions accurately
• Restocking merchandise as needed
• Providing a high level of guest service and responding to guest inquiries and concerns
• Following all company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and loss prevention
