And we do it all with heart, each and every day.

The purpose of a Nurse (RN) Preceptor is to educate and empower our Center Nurses to deliver high-quality patient care by equipping them with the knowledge and skills they need.

You will work to create an engaging and welcoming environment through team communication and delegation to empower other members of the care team to deliver the best care to our patients.

During non-precepting hours, RN Preceptors may provide float RN coverage supporting center-level needs throughout the region, assist in driving quality care improvements in alignment with regional priorities, and perform other duties to support regional performance as needed.
