The Glass Guru of Chattanooga is seeking an experienced Office Coordinator. This is a full-time position.
About Us: The Glass Guru is Chattanooga’s favorite local glass shop! We specialize in any kind of Glass or Mirror needs. We are a one-stop solution for any type of glass repair/mirror repair, design and installation. Our technicians are professionally certified, we use top-quality products from trusted brand suppliers. And, we offer niche specialty services not found at most glass shops in the area (including glass door/screen door modification for pet doors, custom framed and frameless glass showers … even foggy window repair and prevention). Job Duties Overview, to be performed daily by the Office Coordinator: · Reconcile sales software and accounting S.W. transactions · Pre-screen incoming customer leads in a proper manner · Greet customers in a showroom · Schedule estimate appointments · Schedule work appointments for techs · Prepare Accounts Receivable · Experience with Microsoft Office · Experience with QuickBooks online. Soft Skill Set, this person must: · Be Well Organized · Have Excellent Communication Skills · Able to manage the “day to day” operations of a well-established glass company. Pay Range $20 per hour.Schedule: Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm. Paid time off for major holidays, no weekend work.
