A-Line Staffing is now hiring Operator 1, Packaging Operations in Hunt Valley, MD.
The Operator 1, Packaging Operations would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full-time / 40+ hours per week.

Operator 1, Packaging Operations Compensation

• The pay for this position is $16.50 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Operator 1, Packaging Operations Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position is Monday – Friday, 6:00AM – 2:30PM

Operator 1, Packaging Operations Responsibilities

• Manually inspect, label, and package clinical and commercial products
• Perform finished product packaging to satisfy internal, customer, and clinical demands
• Ensure all packaging follows procedures and Quality specifications
• Inspect in-process packaging and components, removing defective materials
• Maintain accurate documentation, including device history records and inventory counts
• Perform basic mathematical calculations as required for batch records
• Assist with inventory counting activities
• Participate in safety audits and daily safety discussions/observations
• Clean packaging stations and processing equipment routinely
• Follow all PPE and contamination control requirements (including gowning)
• Handle hazardous waste appropriately

Operator 1, Packaging Operations Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of industry work experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
• Good documentation practices
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including static or rotating shifts and overtime as required
• Familiarity with computers and general business software
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
• High School Diploma or GED
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous packaging or manufacturing experience in a regulated environment
