Parking Facility- Maintenance Technician Location: Parking Facility @ 77030, Monday to Friday 6:00 am–3:00 pm, weekends as required. Position: Full‑time, hourly rate $17.00–$20.00. Key Responsibilities: Parking equipment repairs and troubleshooting Golf cart maintenance and general upkeep Cleaning duties – windows, lobby, office, trash disposal, stairwells, sweeping, mopping, high dusting Assist with sign installation/removal, litter pick‑up and garbage removal Emergency preparedness for inclement weather, including on‑call duties Ice removal, pressure washing, painting as directed Represent the company in the event of accidents within the facility General assembly tasks and coordination with property security on parking issues Repair of broken gate arms and related equipment Other duties as assigned by Management or Shift Supervisor Responsible for equipment valued between $200.00 and $50,000.00 Provide face‑to‑face customer service (service is a priority) Keep the work site clean, neat and obstacle‑free in accordance with site requirements Maintain control of all tools and equipment required for duties Suggest and recommend improvements to job performance and equipment use Consult with supervisor or manager regarding relevant parking operation matters Log all issues and events in the log book and report them to the direct supervisor Coordinate problem resolution with supervisors or managers Act as a front‑line employee – an important function of this role Wear company uniform in a neat and well‑groomed manner to represent the organization Prioritize tasks in collaboration with supervisors or managers Track stock levels and manage storage room organization Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance or related field High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) Basic knowledge of pressure washers, power tools and towing‑trailer operation Ability to operate a snow plow is an asset Familiarity with parking‑related machinery and equipment Strong organizational and communication skills; friendly, cooperative and able to work independently Reliable transportation to and from work Benefits: Generous paid time off – 10 days + 8 paid holidays Comprehensive Health Plans – medical, dental, and vision coverage Life and Short‑Term Disability Insurance (company paid) 401(k) retirement plan with employer match and immediate vesting Employee Assistance Program – behavioral health support Parental and caregiver leave Paid sick leave according to state law EEO Statement: We consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment in accordance with the California Fair Chance Act, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance, and other applicable local ordinances.
