The Dallas Bulls are looking for a dynamic and creative Podcast Host/Producer to lead the development and production of the team’s official podcast. This role combines on-air talent with behind-the-scenes production skills to create engaging audio content that connects fans to the players, coaches, and culture of the Bulls.
Host and co-host the official Dallas Bulls podcast, providing commentary, interviews, and insights.
Develop show concepts, outlines, and episode scripts in collaboration with the content team.
Book and coordinate guests including players, coaches, analysts, and influencers.
Record, edit, and produce high-quality podcast episodes using audio production software.
Distribute episodes across podcast platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, etc.) and promote via social media and team channels.
Monitor audience engagement, feedback, and analytics to continuously improve content.
Maintain a consistent publishing schedule aligned with team news, events, and key moments.
Ensure all content adheres to brand voice, values, and league guidelines.
2+ years of experience in podcast hosting, production, or audio content creation.
Strong on-air presence with excellent verbal communication and interviewing skills.
Proficiency with audio recording/editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Audacity, Pro Tools).
Solid understanding of the podcast distribution landscape and RSS feed management.
Knowledge and passion for football, sports culture, and fan engagement.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and during team travel/events.
Experience working in professional sports, broadcasting, or media production.
Familiarity with social media marketing and promotional strategies.
Creative storyteller with a knack for turning news and personalities into compelling audio segments.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
