• YOU MUST HAVE DEEP KNOWLEDGE OF AND EXPERTISE IN THE POKEMON TRADING CARD GAME (TCG), SPECIFICALLY OUT OF PRINT AND VINTAGE CARDS. YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED WITHOUT IT. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR OURS.

**To reiterate, you MUST have a deep knowledge of the vintage Pokémon trading cards to be eligible for this role. You must be able to to identify vintage products (booster boxes, booster packs, etc.) and build a highly aesthetic and functional website with this knowledge.**

Company Description

E&A Collectibles is a leading online trading card store based in Los Angeles, CA, specializing in rare Pokémon and other TCG collectibles. Founded in 2020, E&A has established expertise in sourcing and authenticating collectibles for commercial and private customers.

We are a fast-growing ecommerce business managed by a team of two. We are looking to hire either a full stack developer or one front end and one back end developer / designer highly experienced building ecommerce websites. The hire(s) will work very closely with our founder and CEO.

Role Description

This is a short-term contract role to complete a website project, with potential for future work as we grow our business and website needs. While our Company is based in Brentwood, Los Angeles, CA, we expect the role to be largely remote.

Required Qualifications

Please apply only if you meet all the below qualifications.

• 3+ years of experience developing and building ecommerce websites. Consumer product experience is a plus.
• High aesthetic standards and fluency building ecommerce websites; experience as a full-stack developer/ designer preferred, or expertise in either the front or back end development and design.
• Ability to work closely with our photographer to produce visuals for use on the website.
• Deep knowledge base of vintage Pokémon trading cards and willingness to continue learning during the job. We will test all candidates prior to hiring and reject those who don’t meet this key requirement.
• Professional, presentable, strong communication, self-motivated and sets high expectations for his/her own work.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Strong critical thinking skills and able to make sound executive decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Web Design, or relevant field.
• US citizen, fluent in English, and based in Los Angeles.

Compensation

• We plan to pay the "market" rate for a highly experienced and competent developer; to be discussed further based on scope of project.
