Duties and Responsibilities
The Program Manager will be responsible for program management, communication, customer service, project management, and program development and will oversee the day-to-day tasks associated with coordinating and managing various programs within the organization.
- Supports and assists the Business Development Specialist with new accounts
- Account management - maintain active clients by relationship building by phone and video calls to key contacts; 25 calls per week
- Monitor balance of programs per account that align with the regulations
- Educates employers on J-1 visa regulations; provides ongoing assistance and support your accounts
- Conduct education calls with new main contacts and primary managers, maintain relationships by phone or video calls
- Maintain and update host employer files: company details, housing/transportation
- Creates J1 programs for accounts and obtain account approval through reorders, upsells and referrals
- Send resumes and obtains hiring decisions and notifies account of updates on their exchange visitors to include consulate approval and flight updates
- Update Billing account details
- Obtain specific on-site cultural activities per account
- Conducts weekly confirmation of status 3 programs in Otys to ensure they are published, location and MPS are updated.
- Assist with Transfers when needed
- Submits Training/Internship Placement Plans into sponsor database.
- Obtain and update Host Company Agreements for visa sponsors
- Plans and monitors an individual sales plan as part of HRC’s overall forecasting goals
- Assists team with special projects when needed; performs other suties as assigned
