Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a project manager to support one of their largest pharmaceutical clients within their advanced therapies divisions to support preparations for a planned shutdown. This is a commercial manufacturing site that has not been through a shut down so they will need someone with past knowledge of shutdown processes to navigate through timelines, expectations, roles and responsibilities, and equipment needs. They will work alongside the project lead to support all phases ensuring all maintenance, repair, upgrade, and validation activities are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in full compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations. They will need to coordinate amongst C&Q, Quality, Maintenance, Manufacturing, Production, and external third party vendors such as the FMs. Other roles will include quality and compliance, stakeholder communication and management, project scheduling, and comfort with navigating through uncertainty as this has not been done at this site .

Must Haves:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 7+ years of project management experience within a GMP environment
• Experience leading or managing site-wide shutdowns
• Vendor coordination experience
• Cross functional experience (i.e. Manufacturing, Quality, Equipment, Maintenance, etc.)
