Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for full cycle Project Management within a construction environment. Responsibilities will include defining project scope, planning, budgeting, resource allocation, conducting project status meetings and communicating updates to all stakeholders. Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment necessary for success.

Responsibilities

• Set project timeline, monitor project deliverables and update relevant stakeholders and team members on the project progress
• Coach and support project team members with tasks assigned
• Manage project documentation, ensuring proper billing and deliverables

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and/or 3+ years of Project Management related experience
• Constuction industry experience; familiarity with terminology, processes and technology
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
