Missouri Reign is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Public Relations Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth communication and media operations, both on and off the field. Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include: Media Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for all news organizations during games. Organize and support the broadcast team, ensuring smooth operations. Schedule and coordinate player interviews pre- and post-game. Collect and distribute lineups for Missouri Reign, AFC Columbia, and opposing teams. Game-Day Operations: Meet and assist photographers, videographers, and other media personnel. Report scores and key updates to news outlets in a timely manner. Ensure press areas and resources are properly organized and accessible. Content & Communication: Help capture photos and videos for promotional use, stepping in to shoot content if needed. Draft, proofread, and distribute press releases, ensuring they are professional and accurate. Special Events: Support the planning and execution of sponsorship nights and other special events. Collaborate with the team on creative promotions and engagement opportunities during games. Community & Sponsorship Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with local media, sponsors, and community partners. Facilitate sponsor activations and ensure sponsor visibility during events. Qualifications - Strong communication and organizational skills.
