Ardenwoods is hiring!! We are looking for a Part time Receptionist to join our team to fill in when needed!

• Schedule: OPEN AVAILABILITY is a MUST
• Shift time could be- 8am-4pm or 4pm-8pm,
• Not a set schedule: days or shifts

The Receptionist is responsible for answering and transferring all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner, giving information, direction, and other appropriate assistance to residents, staff, guests, and vendors and performing a variety of other clerical duties as assigned. The Receptionist may be asked to assist the Resident Services Coordinator with various clerical functions. * Qualifications:

• -Prefer High school Graduate with Word & Excel experience
• -Super organized and efficient
• -Comfortable with heavy volume of phone calls
• -Ability to Multi-task
• *MUST be able to work weekends if needed for consideration.
