Join The Luxor Studio: Now Hiring 2 Studio Interns

The Luxor Studio—New York City's most exclusive recording destination—is growing fast, and we’re looking for two driven, creative, and professional studio interns to join our team. This is more than just a foot in the door—it’s a chance to learn, contribute, and grow within the heart of NYC’s music scene.

Who We're Looking For:
Ambitious, music-obsessed individuals who are ready to hustle. You’re professional, social media-savvy, detail-oriented, and excited to wear multiple hats—from studio support to client service to helping expand our brand reach.

What You’ll Do:

Studio Operations:

• Assist in setting up and breaking down gear before and after sessions

• Support engineers and artists during recording, mixing, and mastering

• Keep the studio clean, organized, and client-ready at all times

• Help manage session flow and maintain a calm, professional atmosphere

Client & Customer Service:

• Greet clients and ensure they feel comfortable and respected

• Help schedule sessions, confirm appointments, and manage follow-ups

• Anticipate client needs and assist in providing an exceptional experience

• Maintain strong communication with artists, producers, and staff

Social Media & Marketing:

• Capture behind-the-scenes content and help curate social media posts

• Assist with content scheduling, hashtags, reels, and engagement strategies

• Brainstorm and implement creative ideas to promote sessions and studio culture

• Monitor trends and contribute to The Luxor Studio's online presence and brand voice

Business Growth & Scaling:

• Assist in growing our network of clients, producers, and collaborators

• Bring fresh ideas to increase bookings and exposure

• Contribute to systems that improve studio workflow and revenue

• Earn a percentage of new business you help generate or scale (commission-based opportunities available)

Bonus Points (but not required):

• Experience in a studio or customer-facing creative role

• Knowledge of DAWs like Pro Tools, Logic, or Ableton

• Photography, video editing, or graphic design skills

• Previous social media or content creation experience

• Enrolled in or graduated from a media, marketing, or music program

What You Need:

• Passion for music and a strong desire to work in the studio industry

• Friendly, reliable, and coachable with a positive attitude

• Comfortable with both creative and administrative tasks

• Basic knowledge of studio equipment and recording workflows (we’ll teach you more)

• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and basic content creation tools

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Strong communication and customer service instincts

• Flexible, on-call availability and reliable

• Professional studio etiquette and confidentiality
