About the Role
As a Recruiter you’ll play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring skilled professionals in engineering, professional, and IT fields. From mechanical and electrical engineers to project managers, business analysts, and network engineers, you'll support a wide range of searches and collaborate closely with our account managers to deliver high-quality candidates to our clients.
What You’ll Do
Recruit – Source, screen, and manage candidates across a range of technical disciplines including electrical, mechanical, systems, software, and network engineering
Industry Versatility – Support client needs in manufacturing, tech, energy, medical devices, and government-adjacent sectors
Build Talent Pipelines – Leverage job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, databases, referrals, and other tools to find and engage top-tier talent
Understand Technical Requirements – Interpret job descriptions and technical language to identify the right candidates with the right skills
Full-Cycle Recruiting – Own the process from sourcing through offer acceptance, including interview coordination, feedback management, and offer negotiation
Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with account managers to understand client expectations and deliver with speed and accuracy
What You Bring
• 2+ years of experience recruiting for engineering, technical, professional, or IT roles
• Strong understanding of technical skill sets and job functions—experience in industries like manufacturing, engineering services, or defense is a plus
• Comfort working on high-volume, fast-paced searches for contractors
• Strong sourcing capabilities and comfort engaging passive candidates
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with ATS systems (JobDiva is a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
