What You'll Do

As Project Manager, you'll take over once the sale is closed-owning the customer relationship and managing the subcontractor crews through project completion. You'll be the point person for scheduling, quality control, and customer satisfaction, ensuring every roof repair is delivered on time, on budget, and with a smile.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact post-sale
• Schedule roofing repairs and coordinate subcontractor crews
• Conduct pre-install walkthroughs and post-install inspections
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction through project close
• Monitor job progress, timelines, and crew performance
• Document project milestones and update CRM systems
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols
• Communicate proactively with sales, operations, and leadership teams

What You'll Need

• Experience managing residential construction or roofing projects
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple jobs and crews simultaneously
• Familiarity with subcontractor management and quality control
• Tech-savvy with scheduling tools, CRMs, and mobile apps
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
• Willingness to submit to a background check
