The Nursing Administrator provides strategic leadership and clinical oversight for nursing and respiratory therapy services. Serving children and young adults with complex disabilities, the Administrator ensures high-quality, compassionate, and innovative care across medical, rehabilitative, and educational domains. Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a key member of the executive team, this full-time, on-site role involves directing patient care operations, quality improvement initiatives, staffing, compliance, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
