Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate records in our systems. The ideal candidate is organized, focused, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
ResponsibilitiesAccurately enter and update data into company databases and spreadsheets.
Review information for errors or inconsistencies and make necessary corrections.
Maintain data confidentiality and security at all times.
Organize, file, and retrieve digital documents as needed.
Communicate with team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality goals.
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelor's a plus).
Strong typing skills (40+ WPM preferred) with a high degree of accuracy.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Previous data entry or administrative experience is helpful but not required (training provided).
Competitive pay ($16-$22/hr depending on experience).
