WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Salesforce Administrator at ProService Hawaii, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform. This dynamic role involves a blend of technical administration, user support, and strategic optimization, all aimed at empowering our teams and enhancing business efficienc

  • Salesforce Platform Administration: Support the day-to-day configuration and maintenance of the Salesforce platform in collaboration with the Senior Administrator and Developer.
  • System Optimization: Assist in reducing technical debt and improving system efficiency through streamlining fields, layouts, roles, and security configurations.
  • User Management: Manage user permissions, profiles, and access while supporting onboarding, training, and adoption of Salesforce across departments.
  • Reporting & Troubleshooting: Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights to business users. Troubleshoot user-reported issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Operational Support: Facilitate daily stand-ups for the Salesforce team and address operational tickets to ensure smooth system usage and timely issue resolution.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Proven experience administering Salesforce (2+ years), including managing roles, profiles, and permission sets.

  • Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud features and configurations.

  • Proficiency in building reports and dashboards that drive actionable insights.

  • Ability to diagnose issues, recommend system improvements, and support users through training and documentation.

  • Strong ownership mindset with a problem-solving attitude, capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

  • Desire to deepen expertise within Salesforce, a growth mindset and an aptitude for learning.
