Job Description

Duration: FTE

Location: MN-Minnetonka, Hybrid 1-2 days onsite

Crew technical analysis associates act as liaisons between business and technology teams, assisting in the design, development, and testing of technical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools such as Flows and Process Builder
  • Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve code quality and development practices
  • Assist with the implementation and customization of Sales Cloud features such as lead management, opportunity tracking, and workflows
  • Support Health Cloud functionality including patient profiles, care plans, and provider data management
  • Collaborate on Marketing Cloud campaigns and data integrations to support email automation and audience segmentation
  • Work with senior developers to troubleshoot bugs, test new features, and document technical specifications
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and best practices
  • Contribute to sprint planning and Agile ceremonies such as standups and retrospectives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, related field, or equivalent experience
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development (0-1 years of experience via internships or entry-level development roles are acceptable as long as there is a desire to gain SF training and certifications)
  • Foundational understanding of Apex, LWC, and SOQL
  • Exposure to one or more Salesforce Clouds: Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
  • Familiarity with Salesforce configuration tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and validation rules
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take feedback constructively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification preferred
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and grow under mentorship within a fast-paced Agile environment

The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
