Title: Senior Graphic Designer Job Type: Full-time, in person Monday - Friday Location: Dunwoody, ATL Department: Marketing Reports To: Director of Content Direct Reports/Managers others: No Rooms To Go is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer, Digital to join our growing in-house digital design team. As a Senior Graphic Designer, Digital working within the Content team, you will collaborate with all Digital Marketing team - including Content, Creative, eCommerce Merchandising, UX and Development. Your role will focus on creating digital assets for a mix of multimedia projects, with particular emphasis on content and landing pages. We want someone who has a good eye. Cares about esthetics. Loves typography. And gets excited about designing something new and compelling. We're looking for someone able to multi-task and manage multiple timelines. As a team leader and contributor, this person performs tasks effectively, develops collaborative relationships with team members, displays clear communication and acts proactively and professionally. The ideal candidate will have an interest in the digital creative space, understanding of various online marketing platforms and experience with commonly used design tools. This candidate should have experience designing digital assets: website graphics, a focus on mobile first and responsive web design. In addition, the candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, exciting environment and can think outside the box and propose new ideas for web design layouts. Responsibilities: Assist in creative requests related to website initiatives, including; landing pages, buying guides, evergreen content and product launches. Conduct competitive research, including design insights and trends. Participate in creative briefing, testing and brainstorming. Execute daily/weekly creative request. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree required. Marketing/Design Major preferred. 5-7 years' relevant work (and internship) experience. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suites: Photoshop and Illustrator. Additional experience with Sketch, Adobe XD and/or Figma would also be a plus. Microsoft Office Skills - Excel and PowerPoint. Motion animation and/or video editing skills would be a plus. Core Capabilities: Retail and/or eCommerce experience preferred. Creative mindset with high attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be a team player with a strong work ethic. Works well with others. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Flexible under time requirements and changing deadlines. Strong commitment to prioritization of timelines, accuracy, organization, and professionalism. Dedicated commitment to deliver on all project deadlines. Ability to work independently and accomplish tasks with minimal oversight, but comfortable with ongoing feedback, suggestions, and design challenges.
