  • Technical Fieldwork: Conduct complex site characterizations, groundwater/surface water studies, leachate and gas assessments, and compliance evaluations.
  • Reporting & Permitting: Develop detailed environmental reports, permit applications, and technical documentation.
  • Proposal Development: Lead and support proposals for complex, high-value projects.
  • Team Development: Mentor junior staff and contribute to knowledge-sharing across disciplines.
  • Client Engagement: Build lasting relationships with clients and represent S&ME at industry events and professional organizations.

About You:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Geology or related field
  • You have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
  • You have experience in nuclear and/or waste management markets, a plus
  • You have a Professional Geologist (PG) license
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail; and ability to meet deadlines
