Senior Support Consultant provides expert guidance and troubleshooting for Manhattan supply chain software solutions, ensuring client-specific modifications are effectively implemented. This role involves analyzing client needs, designing custom enhancements, and leading system implementation to optimize supply chain operations. The position requires technical expertise in software development, database management, and significant client interaction, with up to 50% travel.

Act as consultant to client in connection with Manhattan technologies to proactively troubleshoot and resolve more complex issues that arise post implementation involving supply chain software solutions for client specific modifications. Define client needs and develop plan for delivery of solutions. Perform detailed design for customer specific enhancements. Guide client through system implementation of additional functionality. Prioritize issues and projects. Suggest product improvements based on customer feedback.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering or related technical field
• 2-3 years of experience developing, supporting or implementing application software
• 1 year of experience implementing in any supply chain domain or other enterprise software domain
• 1 year of experience with database troubleshooting or developing in SQL or related relational database
• Requires up to 50% travel
