About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Talent and Culture in Corporate Functions and Initiatives. This executive will be a pivotal member of the HR leadership team, driving culture and organizational excellence. The role involves strategic HR leadership across key corporate functions, including finance, operations and technology, marketing and sales, and administrative services. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing talent and organizational strategies that align with the company's goals, enhancing business performance, and ensuring the organization has the necessary talent and capabilities to support its global growth. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years' of progressive HR leadership experience, with a proven track record in HR business partnering, talent management, and organizational development. They should be adept at leading HR for HR and HR shared services, with international experience being strongly preferred. The role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to execute, an executive presence to influence and engage senior leaders, and a strong focus on relationship building and partnership. The SVP will also be responsible for change leadership, data-driven decision-making, and program management, and must be able to effectively operationalize HR strategies to support the company's ambitious growth priorities.
