Job Description and Duties

Premium Audit has a permanent full time opening for a Senior Payroll Auditor (Rewrite and Collections), in California. The position is classified as Senior Workers' Compensation Insurance Representative (Sr. WCIR) and is responsible for conducting time sensitive, complex and/or litigated audits virtually, serving as a technical resource for the program, region, and broker community; advising and educating policyholders to facilitate the rewrite, collection and litigated audit processes and resolve audit concerns. 

As a successful candidate you must:

  • Have excellent organization and time management skills
  • Have a minimum of two years’ payroll auditing experience
  • Have a minimum of two years’ experience of Sure Premium Audit software (AuSum)
  • Work accurately and efficiently to meet established deadlines
  • Handle multiple priorities, both independently and as a team member
  • Effectively manage audit inventory
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to give presentations
  • Have knowledge to serve as a resource to internal and external stakeholders on underwriting and audit issues
  • Learn to adopt quickly to new technologies, processes, and procedures
  • Work professionally with stakeholders
  • Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Have regular and predictable attendance
