We are seeking a Web Analytics and Tag Management Specialist to support our Corporate Brand and Marketing team. This role will primarily focus on Google Analytics configuration and reporting, and tag management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in measurement planning, data analysis, data visualization, and digital analytics implementation. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between technology and business, ensuring that data collection, analysis, and reporting are effective and actionable for informed decision-making. This role combines data analysis expertise with technical implementation skills to support our organization's data-driven marketing initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to shape our web analytics strategy across multiple enterprise websites, gain valuable experience in healthcare marketing analytics, and present insights directly to marketing and product teams throughout the organization to drive data-informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities include configuring, managing, implementing, and maintaining Google Analytics accounts and properties for enterprise websites; configuring Google Tag Manager containers for deploying marketing and analytics tracking scripts; collaborating with developers to build documentation for website data layer implementation; partnering with marketing, product, user interface, and web development teams to develop measurement plans; ensuring data accuracy through testing and validation; deploying and managing user feedback tools and surveys; debugging and resolving analytics implementation issues; analyzing web analytics data to understand user behavior and provide reporting and insights; performing regular and ad hoc reporting; identifying trends and insights using statistical methods and data visualization tools; communicating data insights effectively to stakeholders; aligning data collection strategies with business objectives; and collaborating with other analysts across the enterprise. Qualifications include knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or other web analytics tools; proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data modeling; knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Tealium or other tag management solutions; strong problem-solving and analytical skills; strong communication skills; ability to work independently and in teams; experience in analytics engineering or similar roles; proficiency with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, PowerBI, or Tableau; experience with generative AI platforms and prompt engineering; familiarity with server-side tagging, SQL, A/B testing, data privacy regulations, JavaScript, HTML, and web development frameworks; experience in B2B marketing environments; and a Bachelor's degree in a related quantitative field. Minimum requirement is 2+ years of relevant experience and authorization to work in the US without sponsorship. Compensation ranges from $63,000 to $105,000 with additional benefits and incentives.
