Department: Finance & Accounting
Are you a detail-driven number cruncher who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you love balancing books, solving puzzles, and making spreadsheets sing? If so, we want you on our team!
?? What You’ll Do:
• Prepare and maintain financial records, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Support accounts payable and receivable functions
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting
• Help streamline accounting processes and improve reporting accuracy
• Assist with audits and tax preparation
?? What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–3 years of accounting experience (internships count!)
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Experience with ERP systems
• Familiarity with payroll or tax filings
