Job Description

Core Competencies – Technical

  • 3–5+ years of end-to-end talent acquisition experience is ideal, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Recruitment experience within skilled trades, field operations, or technical industries is highly desirable.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR platforms ; recent transition to a new ATS platform.
  • Demonstrated ability in developing talent pipelines and implementing strategic sourcing techniques .
  • Proven track record managing large-scale hiring initiatives (50+ hires over a 6–8 month period).
  • Exposure to broader HR functions , including compliance, claims support, vendor communication, and employee development initiatives.

  • Motivated by creating and improving talent acquisition strategies, systems, and tools .

Technology Skills

  • Proficient in HR technologies and applicant tracking systems (e.g., iCIMS or similar platforms).
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools , including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.

Education & Certifications

  • Formal degree not required ; relevant experience and demonstrated capability are valued equally.
