We are seeking a technically inclined Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives with a technical understanding of critical power products and the industry. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with company goals, managing internal and external resources.

This role requires a mix of hands-on marketing execution, technical understanding of our products and industries, and the ability to coordinate and manage specialized outsourced functions such as SEO, PPC, website design, video production, and creation of marketing materials.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to support product launches and product awareness.
• Create or manage the outsourcing of content for marketing materials.
• Create or manage the outsourcing of website design and maintenance.
• Generate technical content for literature.
• Coordinate and participate in industry trade shows and conferences.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer’s needs, industry trends, and stay up to date on competition.
• Analyze market data to provide recommendations for new product development.
• Collaborate with Sales and Engineering to ensure all products have the necessary marketing documents and information.
• Monitor and report on competitor product offerings and strategies.
• Analyze and report on marketing campaign effects.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be knowledgeable in the critical power industry, data centers, telecommunications, utilities.
• Proficient in using market research tools and software.
• Excellent knowledge of computers, including databases and Excel spreadsheets.
• Passion for staying up to date on industry trends.
• Able to work in a team environment.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication (verbal & written), and organizational skills.

EXPERIENCE:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience with a manufacturing organization.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Engineering, business or equivalent experience.
• Additional professional accreditation/certification a plus.
