Overview
We are looking for a driven and resourceful Technical Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent across engineering, and other specialized fields. You will partner with client managers to understand workforce needs, develop sourcing strategies, and manage candidates through the recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with client managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles for technical roles.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking events, and creative outreach strategies.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment process: posting jobs, screening, interviewing, coordinating, and extending offers.
• Maintain candidate records and pipelines in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive recruiting strategies.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to refine recruiting processes and meet company hiring goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in technical or engineering staffing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple searches and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Understanding technical roles such as software engineers, network specialists, or mechanical/electrical engineers (a plus).
