Job Title: Payroll Clerk (Immediate Need) 
Payroll Clerk Pay Rate: $22.00 
Payroll Clerk Work Schedule: 7:30am-4:00pm Monday-Friday
Payroll Clerk Start Date: ASAP

• Update payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions in ADP
• Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
• Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
• Enters information the company ERP system
• Some AP functions, as needed
• Will assist with basic general ledger journal entries
• Various general administrative and accounting projects, as needed

The Payroll Clerk requirements:

• 2+ years of previous payroll clerk experience
• Keen attention to the details 
• Proficient with ADP 
• Excellent time management skills, multi-tasking skills
• Ability to listen, communicate (written and verbal), excellent grammar, spelling and proofreading skills 
• Ability to work independently, self-starter, positive attitude, “Go getter”
