Business Segment Overview Commercial : With boots on the ground authenticity at the heart of everything we do, our comprehensive array of commercial products and services enable you to work directly with our clients, across hedging, risk management, execution and clearing, OTC products, commodity finance and more. Responsibilities Position Purpose: As an Assistant Vice President within our Institutional Sales and Execution division, you will lead client relationship management and trading execution across fixed income, derivatives, and our commercial commodities sector. This position requires developing and maintaining key institutional relationships while driving revenue growth through sophisticated product solutions and exemplary market execution. You will cover cross-asset trading operations and be responsible for delivering tailored financial solutions to a diverse portfolio of institutional and commercial clients. Primary duties will include: Strategic Client Management & Revenue Generation Lead relationship management for a portfolio of key institutional and agricultural sector clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all trading and investment needs Develop and execute comprehensive client coverage strategies to maximize wallet share and strengthen institutional partnerships Identify and convert cross-selling opportunities across fixed income, derivatives, and commodities product lines Generate consistent revenue growth by designing tailored financial solutions that address specific client risk management and investment objectives Proactively identify new business opportunities and collaborate with product specialists to develop bespoke structured solutions Trading Execution Direct multi-asset class trading execution across fixed income securities, exchange-traded and OTC derivatives with a specialized focus on commodities Provide strategic market insights and execution guidance to institutional clients on complex derivative structures and risk management strategies Lead pricing discussions and negotiate terms for structured derivative transactions Oversee all aspects of trade lifecycle from origination through execution to settlement Manage and mitigate execution risk while ensuring optimal outcomes for clients Business Development Collaborate with product specialists, research analysts, and risk management teams to develop innovative financial solutions Partner with senior management to identify emerging market opportunities and develop growth strategies Contribute to the development of the firm's commodity sector expertise and market positioning Represent the firm at industry conferences, client events, and market forums Risk Management & Compliance Ensure all trading activities adhere to regulatory requirements and internal risk management protocols Maintain comprehensive understanding of evolving regulatory frameworks affecting institutional clients Oversee client credit and trade exposure monitoring across multiple asset classes Provide input on risk management policies and trading protocols Qualifications To land this role you will need: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in Finance preferred 5+ years of progressive experience in institutional sales, trading, or relationship management with demonstrated expertise in fixed income and derivatives markets Proven track record of revenue generation and client relationship development in institutional financial markets Comprehensive knowledge of agricultural commodities markets and related derivative products Advanced understanding of fixed income securities, futures, options, and OTC derivative structures Exceptional communication and relationship management skills with ability to effectively engage with senior executives at institutional clients Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and developing high-performing teams Excellent analytical capabilities with proven ability to structure complex financial solutions
