Shift: Nights (Shift 3)
Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
We are seeking an experienced Travel LPN to join the night shift team for a 14-week contract. The ideal candidate is dependable, compassionate, and able to work independently while providing high-quality nursing care in a long-term care/rehabilitation setting.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and facility policies.
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to the RN or supervisor.
Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
Document nursing care, vitals, and observations in the electronic medical record.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
Respond to emergencies and follow appropriate clinical protocols.
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
Work every other weekend as scheduled.
Active and unencumbered LPN license .
Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience , preferably in a long-term care or rehab setting.
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts.
Strong communication, clinical assessment, and documentation skills.
Must comply with facility background and health requirements.
