Job Description & RequirementsWe are seeking a qualified Travel RN or LPN for a weekend-only Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care (SNF/LTC) assignment in Iowa . This position is covering a vacancy and offers a consistent day-shift weekend schedule with guaranteed hours and an ASAP start .
Assignment Details
Location: Iowa
Contract Length: 13–16 weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Shift: 12-hour Day Shifts
Hours: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a SNF/LTC setting
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation
Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams
Ensure compliance with clinical, safety, and regulatory standards
Requirements
Active RN or LPN license
Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
Ability to work weekend day shifts consistently
Must meet all compliance and credentialing requirements
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-care skills
