• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week\n
• No weekends or on-call required \n
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2210–$2370\n

\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Minimum 3 years of recent Operating Room RN experience (OR RN jobs)\n
• Prior travel nursing experience required\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland or compact state (pending license accepted)\n
• Certifications: ACLS and BLS required\n
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system required\n
• Experience in a community hospital setting required\n
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (no exemptions)\n
• Previous charge nurse experience preferred\n

\n\nKey Responsibilities for OR RN\n

\n
• Circulate in a high-volume Operating Room, managing diverse surgical cases: heavy Orthopedics (including joint replacements), Neurosurgery, Vascular, General Surgery, Urology, Plastics, Bariatrics, Laparoscopic procedures, GYN, ENT, and Robotics\n
• Deliver safe, high-quality patient care to adolescent, adult, pediatric, and geriatric populations\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Radiology, Social Services, and Pharmacy\n
• Utilize EPIC electronic health records for accurate and timely clinical documentation\n
• Participate in orientation and annual training modules to maintain clinical competencies\n
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards\n
