• Location: Pratt, Kansas 67124 – Enjoy Midwest living with easy access to parks, local shops, and a relaxed lifestyle.\n
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks\n
• Start Date: November 3, 2025\n
• End Date: February 2, 2026\n
• Shift: Day shift, Monday-Friday, 5x8-hour shifts (06:30 - 15:00)\n
• Hours per Week: 40\n
• On Call: Call every 5th or 6th weekend and one day during the week\n
• Patient Population: Adolescents, Infants, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics\n
• Unit: Operating Room (OR)\n
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1860-$2000\n

\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Active Kansas RN license or compact state nursing license\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience (proficiency in Ortho/total joints, general, and OB required)\n
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (American Heart Association preferred)\n
• Experience with special procedures/equipment: Orthopedics, GYN, Podiatry, General Surgery, Endoscopy, Labor and Delivery (C-sections)\n
• Ability to float to other hospital units as needed\n
• Professional reference required\n
• Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)\n

\n\nOR RN Responsibilities\n

\n
• Serve as an OR RN Circulator, delivering safe and effective patient care during surgical procedures\n
• Assist with a variety of surgical cases including orthopedics (total joints), general surgery, OB/GYN, podiatry, endoscopy, and labor/delivery (C-sections)\n
• Maintain compliance with infection control, fire safety, laser safety, and radiation safety protocols\n
• Manage specimen labeling, universal protocol (time out) procedures, and wound care management\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Radiology, and Pharmacy\n
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide weekend coverage as scheduled\n
• Utilize electronic charting systems as required\n
