Position Summary: Conducts Nutritional Assessments as needed with complete documentation in medical record in accordance with healthcare policies of Hampton, State of NJ and Joint Commission.
Provides patient education individually and in group setting. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Physical agility to manage patients.
Will have exposure to psychiatric patients who may exhibit violent, aggressive, and/or unpredictable behavior.
