Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to clients in various settings.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and goals.

• Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success metrics.

• Monitor and document client progress to ensure effective therapy outcomes.

• Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care and outcomes.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to inform therapy interventions.

• Maintain high visibility of work activities through regular reporting.

• Educate clients and families on therapy processes and home exercises.

• Adapt therapy techniques to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Network with local healthcare providers to promote therapy services.

Experience/Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in Minnesota.

• Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

• Experience in providing occupational therapy in diverse settings.

• Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.

• Proven ability to achieve performance targets and metrics.

• Strong documentation skills for monitoring client progress.
