Position: Therapist-OT-Occupational Therapist (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy services to patients in various settings.
Develop personalized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.
Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Achieve and exceed set performance targets and goals.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.
Utilize data and pipelines to forecast and enhance therapy outcomes.
Adapt to a high-visibility work environment with measurable results.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercises.
Contribute to the growth-oriented culture by sharing knowledge and insights.
Experience/Qualifications
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy with valid California state license.
Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a travel setting.
Proficiency in developing personalized treatment plans and evaluating patient progress.
Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
Expertise in maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.
Experience in utilizing data and pipelines to forecast and enhance therapy outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to high-visibility work environments with measurable results.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards to ensure compliance.
Commitment to continuous professional development and training.
Skill in educating patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercises.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a growth-oriented culture.
