Maranta Copy Co. is a full-service digital marketing firm specializing in tailored strategies for clients across industries. We’re looking for a creative, driven Video & Social Content Strategist to lead our short-form content strategy and execution.

In this role, you’ll capture client content at offices, events, and classes; repurpose long-form videos into high-performing reels and shorts; and shape the social strategies that grow our clients’ brands. You don’t need to be a professional videographer — just someone who knows how to capture with a phone or DJI camera, edit into content that performs, and prove results with past social accounts.

• Develop and execute video and short-form content strategies for multiple clients
• Capture content onsite at client offices, events, and classes (using provided video equipment and mobile devices)
• Repurpose long-form content (YouTube, podcasts, classes) into short-form (Reels, Shorts, TikToks)
• Oversee the workflow from capture → edit → publish, ensuring brand consistency
• Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other marketing team members
• Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, watch time) and report insights
• Stay current on social media trends and platform updates to keep client content fresh and relevant

• 2–4 years experience in social media content creation, short-form video, or digital marketing
• Strong portfolio or active accounts showing success with reels/short-form content
• Comfort with mobile and lightweight gear (camera, phone setups)
• Proficiency with editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or equivalent)
• Knowledge of content strategy, hooks, and storytelling for social platforms
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact directly with clients
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple content calendars and deadlines
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for client shoots/events

• Experience leading or mentoring other content creators/editors
• Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Suite, Canva)
• Understanding of SEO and video optimization (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok)
• Agency or client-facing experience

💵 Pay range: $45,000 – $55,000 per year (DOE)
