As a Remote Benefits Representative , you’ll be responsible for:
Connecting with members virtually to explain benefit options.
Building lasting client relationships based on trust and transparency.
Assisting members with enrollment and policy selection.
Providing continued client support and guidance post-enrollment.
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Basic computer and Zoom proficiency.
Reliable work ethic with personal accountability.
Energetic, friendly, and people-oriented personality.
Time management and organizational abilities.
Prior leadership or management experience is a plus.
