Adecco is hiring immediately for Warehouse Supervisors with our client in Smyrna, DE. Warehouse Supervisors perform essential roles with one of our top clients, starting at $30.00/hr., with overtime opportunities available. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will supervise warehouse staff to ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and performance goals. Monitor workflow, maintain records, and provide training to improve efficiency and quality. Oversee warehouse operations, streamline processes, and promote a safe, team-oriented environment.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • At least 3 years of related experience

  • Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations

  • Familiarity with electrical, construction, or mechanical products

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills

  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn business planning systems

  • Attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions

  • Problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure

  • Team-oriented with adaptability to changing situations and multiple tasks

  • Ability to operate hand and power tools and handle physical demands (lift 30–50 lbs.)

  • Commitment to meeting customer needs and maintaining quality service

Available Shifts:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay Details: $30.00 per hour
