We are seeking a dynamic Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing team! In this crucial role, you'll be responsible for efficiently managing the flow of inventory and scheduling of projects for the team members.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of warehouse and grounds
• Oversee materials handling, including and unloading projects
• Review overall project needs and oversees duties for delivery load dates and equipment needs
• Facilitate of palletizing material order list, wrap/stage material, review instructions of material direct shipped to site and the following of all necessary protocols
• Schedule delivery dates with suppliers and coordinate with projects
• Managing the work schedules and time cards for assigned team
• Plan and purchase materials for production and inventory
• Examine supply deliveries to shop and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, creates tickets and update the app, incoming and/or outgoing shipment and assignment to correct project destination
• Review truck loading, roofing loading procedures to increase efficiency and productivity
• Establish control measures for material roofing load accuracy
• Maintain and control accurate warehouse inventory
• Manage small engine repairs
• All product coming in and leaving is properly accounted and documented
• Oversee the rental of equipment and generators
• Providing leadership to on-site staff, sub-contractors, and other parties.
• Investigating and resolving issues
• Ensuring that safety policies are strictly adhered to
• Reviewing daily progress to ensure that deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure driven results
• Additional duties as needed.

Experience

• High school diploma or GED
• Roofing and/or construction knowledge
• Proven experience in warehouse management
• Experience in Google, MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• The ability to work in different environmental conditions.
• Strong leadership and communications skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Forklift experience
• Valid Driver's License
