We're currently seeking a hands-on, experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at our Baltimore distribution center. This is a great opportunity for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
As a Warehouse Supervisor, youll be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Key duties include:
* Leading, training, and supervising warehouse team members
* Managing order fulfillment with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery
* Overseeing receiving and inspection of inbound shipments
* Monitoring inventory levels and conducting regular cycle counts
* Creating and managing purchase orders and vendor returns
* Ensuring warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies
* Collaborating with sales and customer service teams to meet fulfillment needs
* Identifying process improvements and driving operational efficiency
We're looking for a supervisor who is:
* Experienced in warehouse operations or logistics
* A strong leader with the ability to motivate and guide a team
* Detail-oriented and focused on quality control
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel); inventory systems experience a plus
* Physically able to meet the demands of the role (standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, etc.)
* Safety-conscious with a proactive mindset
* A clear and professional communicator
* High school diploma or equivalent required
