Job Title: Workday Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Workday Project Manager with strong end-to-end HCM and FIN implementation experience. The ideal candidate will be able to step into an active Workday program and quickly take ownership of planning, coordination, testing, and stakeholder management activities within a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of Workday HCM and FIN projects in large enterprise environments.
• Manage project schedules, deliverables, risks, and dependencies across technical and business teams.
• Coordinate closely with system integrators, IT, HR, and Finance stakeholders.
• Serve as Testing Lead, including test planning, execution coordination, defect tracking, and resolution.
• Support end-to-end (E2E) testing, cutover planning, and go?live readiness activities.
• Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies based on project needs.
• Drive clear communication through status reports, dashboards, and executive?level presentations.
• Support business readiness and change management activities.
• Provide light business analysis support, particularly around Workday processes and integrations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Project Management experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands?on experience with Workday HCM and FIN implementations (end?to?end required).
• Proven ability to join and lead projects mid?implementation.
• Experience working with or alongside system integrators / consulting firms (Big 4 or similar preferred).
• Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• PMP, CSM, or similar certification preferred.
• Business analysis experience is a plus.
