Associate Director, Market Access Digital Enablement

Morristown, New Jersey (Hybrid)

A reputable, industry leading Pharma company is seeking a Market Access Digital Enablement individual for the expansion of their Market Access team. This individual will be responsible for driving digital transformation efforts to strengthen market access capabilities for the company's vaccine portfolio. Acting as a key bridge between Market Access teams and Digital, this role ensures that digital solutions align with business goals and access needs.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between Market Access and Digital teams, coordinating business activities and representing Market Access in digital initiatives.
• Gather, prioritize, and document user requirements to ensure digital solutions effectively address key business needs.
• Lead user acceptance testing to confirm digital tools meet business specifications prior to deployment.
• Oversee the allocation and management of Market Access resources for digital projects, ensuring efficient use and alignment with project timelines.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on digital initiative progress, risks, and outcomes, while driving change management and process optimization to support tool adoption and efficiency gains.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required, advanced degrees are preferred.
• 7+ Years of experience in market access, pricing, or HEOR roles with experience in digital transformation projects
• Experience in healthcare industry, pharmaceuticals, or vaccines is preferred
• Knowledge of external data sources such as IQVIA preferred
• Digital/IT experience, specifically implementation of new systems and applications
• Strong analytical, process, operational and automation experience, and skills
• Ability to lead teams in managing and developing new systems and approaches to the market
• You demonstrate excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills, with ability to translate between business and technical language You have proven ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives between business and technical teams
