  • Customer Experience: Ensure every customer journey, from appointment to vehicle delivery, is seamless and built on open communication and our promise of exceptional, honest service.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive efficiency, manage inventory, and monitor KPIs to maintain profitability and a high standard of work across all services (brakes, oil changes, engine repair, diagnostics, and more).
  • Strategic Growth: Collaborate with management to implement innovative strategies that promote our services and increase revenue, ensuring Golden Auto Clinic remains a leader in the Colorado auto repair scene.
  • Compliance & Safety: Uphold all industry regulations and company policies, ensuring a safe and compliant environment for both our team and our customers.

 

What We're Looking For:

 

  • Proven Leadership: Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing an automotive service department or similar operation, with a strong track record of team motivation and success.
  • Automotive Expertise: Deep knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
  • Customer-Centric Focus: A passion for delivering top-tier customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships.
