About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) to establish and lead its global regulatory and compliance function. The CCO will be responsible for building a comprehensive compliance program, managing a global compliance team, and serving as the central compliance authority for all operating entities. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in financial services compliance, including experience with regulatory areas such as AML, data privacy, anti-bribery, and cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will have a JD and at least 12-15 years' experience in the field, with a proven track record of developing and scaling compliance programs. The CCO will also be tasked with ensuring compliance with global regulatory frameworks, including SEC and FCA requirements, and will be the primary contact for regulatory bodies. Key responsibilities for the CCO include program development and governance, regulatory engagement and reporting, and strategic and operational partnership. The successful candidate will be expected to have deep technical and regulatory expertise, as well as the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. The role demands a professional with a global perspective, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to ethical standards. The CCO will work closely with the legal, risk, and operations teams to support the company's strategic initiatives and will be instrumental in fostering a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
