POSITION SUMMARY
The Clinical Lead functions as part of the leadership team and is responsible for the oversight of clinical staff and services at their assigned site. Clinical Lead works closely with the Program Manager to ensure access to clinical services aligned with Polara Models of Care service delivery. The Clinical Lead provides on-site support to staff and monitors workflows to ensure the site runs smoothly.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
· Serves as primary onsite clinical lead for all team-based care out of the assigned office.
· Oversight of service delivery including, but not limited to, workflows, case assignments, and group services.
· Provides consultation, clinical staffing, assessment of acuity and team assignments.
· Ensures clinical oversight occurs per policy and documentation is completed.
· Reviews, signs, and provides feedback on paperwork completed by staff as needed.
· Identifies, recommends, and coordinates trainings with Program Manager and Clinical Training Manager.
· Works with Program Manager, Operations Manager, and Directors to ensure quality clinical services are provided out of the site (i.e. services in line with acuity level are being offered and provided to clients).
· Carries a client caseload with a decreased billable unit expectation.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
· 21 years of age or older; or minimum 18 years old and licensed or certified under A.R.S. Title 32 and providing services within the personnel member’s scope of practice; or minimum 18 years old for select administrative positions
· Must be able to provide or obtain an AZDPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
· Must possess and maintain a valid Driver License, current automobile insurance, and a driving record that meets the guidelines and requirements of the organization
· Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field required
· Licensed at a minimum of the associate level in AZ in Counseling or Social Work required
· Leadership experience preferred but not required
