Hours of Operation Full-Time Positions Monday - Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (rotating schedule)

Job Description: As a
Customer Service Representative at Loan Star Title Loans, you will be the first point of contact for both potential borrowers and current customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering customer inquiries about loan products and services.
- Evaluating vehicles for loan eligibility and explaining terms to customers.
- Managing customer accounts, tracking loan status, and processing payments.
- Maintaining daily communication with customers via phone, email, and in-person, providing updates, making courtesy calls, and addressing customer concerns.
- Providing excellent customer service by delivering timely, accurate, and friendly support.
- Various Office Tasks:
- Data entry and updating customer accounts in our system.
- Filing and maintaining accurate documentation for loans and payments.
- Processing loan applications and assisting in the approval process.
- Sorting and distributing office mail, packages, and customer correspondences.
- Managing and organizing office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed to support the office team.
